Who we are
Mix Minerals is an industrial mineral supplier based in Eagle Pass, Texas. Mix Minerals is the party responsible for handling your data, and the contact for anything privacy-related is idavila@mixminerals.com or (210) 394-7133.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, the material you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message.
We do not ask for or store payment details, government identification or financial information through this site.
What we use it for
To answer your request: quote it, resolve technical questions, and arrange a delivery. Nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles from it.
If you write to us about a quote, we may follow up with you about that quote. If you ask us to stop, we stop.
Where it is held
The form on this site is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores submissions on its infrastructure and forwards them to us by email. From there they live in our email and our commercial records.
We keep enquiries for as long as there is an active commercial relationship or as long as the transaction requires. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. There are no social media pixels and no advertising profiles.
If we ever add visitor measurement, this notice is updated before it is switched on.
What you can ask us for
You can ask us what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to idavila@mixminerals.com and we will answer.
We will not ask you to justify why. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it, except for anything we are required to retain for a transaction already in progress.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data, we update this document and the date above. We do not make retroactive changes to information already given to us without telling you.
